To top the day that started well, we went out lunching at Tian Xi – the All You Can Eat Dim Sum Brunch is on everyday from 10 AM to 3 PM – delicious! (And you won’t believe how MUCH these people eat, and how SKINNY they stay…not fair!)

This time, the occasion is Hanamasa BBQ Buffet and Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

We didn’t take photos at the movies, but we took some at the restaurant.  And conclusion? This generation of Idebaik people eat A LOT, really really A LOT, but they stay slim!! (They all won the good gene lottery)

But it has been a fruitful month – some projects are closing and some are nearing their ends; and we will start new projects soon after!

We had our annual Breakfasting for Ramadhan 2011 at Gran Mahakam’s Le Gran Cafe last Friday, 19 August 2011, which was also the last day for Devi, the wonderful, creative Devi. She might be small and cute but believe us, she has a huge creativity! We sure hope when she graduates she can work for us next year

Only a week left before everyone takes off for Eid holiday – and lots of work to finish!

We’re beyoooond happy. The outlet is still a bit messy but we’re opening this Monday and we’ll post more photos, nicer ones, of the operational outlet

So, starting Monday, you will be able to buy your event tickets directly at our FX Outlet! It’s very easy to find – at the second floor of FX’ntertainment, on Jalan Sudirman next to the Senayan baseball field; it’s located near the ATM X’nter – just behind Harris Hotel Lobby.

Since this is quite a big and complicated project YET we have so little time to do it – and do it well because the lesser of bugs and the smallest of errors could cost us a LOT – we have been spending extra hours to do it.

Then there are some problems with the server – why is getting a dedicated server so hard these days??  Urghhh. After some hassles we finally snatched a good one (which turned out to be…not so good but that’s another story, anyway we’re moving off the server to an Indonesian location next month) and then there were complicated configurations to do, luckily our developers were happy to stay longer and work the extra miles just to finish the website.

Here’s how an event page where you can book your tickets on Tiku looks like:

And in conjunction with Tiku.co.id launching, we’ve also launched the activation for B.O.B. aka Bobby Ray Jakarta Concert, which looks like this:

Both sites work in synergy: one is the activation, the other serves as a ticket booking platform.

Our office in FX will be open soon and we’re SO HAPPY about it!

So, on Wednesday one of our adv agency partners called and asked, “Would you like to do a quick project? It’s interesting – it’s for Carl’s Jr Indonesia.”

Why, yes of course we would! We really like the way their advertisement goes – it’s gonna get messy and stuff, the double-sens behind that slogan!

So off we went, got the deal ready within less than 2 days and less than 2 days to do the project – we started yesterday at 3 PM to 6 PM and by today 11 AM the FB App was ready to be reviewed. After some minor revisions (mostly on the layout) by 2:30 PM the FB App is ready to go live – just waiting for final approval from the client & the regional agency.

Fast…and no mess.

The App itself will continue expanding and growing.

After a busy June, we proudly announce the upcoming arrival of our latest in-house project: a ticketing portal called TIKU.CO.ID!

Why TIKU?  Well, it’s short for TIKETKU. My Tickets in Indonesian, actually. We want a domain that is simple and easy to remember so there you go.

Why Concert Tickets and not Flight Tickets? It’s because we’ve been doing some concert activations and we’ve got a partner who’s an expert in this domain; and we always say: do what you know to do best.

We don’t really know much about Flight Tickets to be honest, and we find that most airlines do such a good job already in their own system so why bother?

While, in Indonesia, there’s not really any reliable online concert ticket provider, plus, our partner’s got both his feet in it so let’s wrap up a business plan and execute!

The plan actually came up about one-and-a-half months ago, while we were sitting in his office one night.

So far, the site is about 80% done and the office in FX’ntertainment Centre is on the way.
